Karyn continues to bring us good news!  Every day she gets a tube removed, she gets "out" for a walk around the hospital, AND...wait for it...She's able to eat soft food!!!!  Her next steps are to get all tubes removed (including the NG feeding tube) and continue to pass her swallow tests so that she can go home!  She's on schedule to be home by...wait for it...the end of THIS week!  

So despite a nasty infection that derailed her progress for a few days, Karyn is ahead of her recovery schedule and will be in the comfort of her home SOON!!!!  Keep those happy thoughts coming!  They're working!  Much love to you all for your continued support.
