Well, everyone, in the New Year tradition, it is time to close this chapter and look forward to the next. Seems ironic and appropriate that, with this post, we are one shy of the total posts on dad’s caring bridge site.
Thanks to everyone’s incredible support, prayers, cards and well wishes, mom is safely and successfully settled back home in Lakeland, independently. We are grateful, blessed and hopeful for what this year will bring after such a tough one for our family.
With that said, you now get to reach out to mom individually for the latest and greatest updates in 2022 (minus the one liners and random jokes 😉); please do so! Mom is settled back at 2012 Lake Bentley Court and is enjoying her new reading chair and lap desk checking Joyce.barclay76@gmail.com. She would love to hear from you! On a personal note, thanks to this wonderful platform - caring bridge. It provided us the connections to you that we needed through 2021 and is completely free, supported by generous hearts, including many of you.
