Julie’s Story

Site created on May 1, 2022

April 25th Julie was diagnosed with cancer after finding a mass on her lung during a checkup involving pneumonia.

Monday, May 2nd she will be seeing a pulmonary specialist to develop a care plan for treatment and we will be updating on the site as we find out further prognosis and keeping everyone informed.

Thank you to all who have reached out so far and feel free to find her daughter Michelle Clarno on Facebook if you have any questions.

Sincerely, the Campbell Family

Journal entry by Michelle Clarno

Today has been one year since our mom left. I cannot even begin to tell you all how much I miss her or how I cared for her during hospice etc.

Our dad did all he could until he absolutely couldn't. I stayed for 8 weeks.

Last week he had to put their dog down and I can't even begin to help that grievance begin again for either of us or any of us.

Dogs are amazing support but they leave too soon. Dad has surgery over his head again now and I don't think he even knows what he wants if he is going to stay on the creek or not but we're doing everything we can to help him out.
