At 1 o'clock in the morning our beautiful sister Julia West was found unconscious lying in the road on Woodbury Avenue from a hit-and-run driver. She was taken directly to the Portsmouth Regional Hospital and is still currently in the ICU (intensive care unit).

We are seeking financial help and support from family and friends for medical costs because Julia hasn't had health insurance for two years now. Her injuries are extremely severe and we are only sharing specific details with close relatives at this time.
