Hello Everyone,

Well, it's a bittersweet time of year having just gone through my first Mother's Day without Mom.  And, she was an avid sports fan who happened to love watching the Denver Nuggets play basketball, especially this time of year.  She really liked our big man, Nikola Jokić.  It was a frequent occurrence that he would make an amazing play, the phone would ring, and Mom would ask for Mark so they could talk about it!  I miss that.  Fingers crossed that the Nuggets win game 7 on Sunday night!  For Mom!

We're still trying to coordinate with the Lisco church, but our tentative plan is to hold a memorial service for Mom the afternoon of June 29th.  Afterwards, we are planning to have several hours set aside to visit with those who can attend.  Although not definitely decided, it is likely that the burial of Mom's ashes will be a private family affair.

It would be helpful if you could let me or my aunt, Nancy Dunn, know if you think you can attend so we can get a head-count.  If you know of someone who might be interested in coming, and who might not know about this site, please pass along this information.  I will post something here as soon as we finalize the order of events.
