Hi everyone,

Thanks so much for your outpouring of support for my mother and our family! We really appreciate all of your kind words, generous donations, and thoughtfulness as we navigate through this uncharted journey of treatment and recovery. Since our last post, Julie attended several consultation appointments with her team of doctors and health professionals, and it looks like she is on track to begin treatment next week. We will continue to update as things progress.

We've really enjoyed our time together these past few weeks, and I wanted to share a few pictures of our weekend excursion to Sutter's Ridge Farm. We braved the frigid temperatures to pick fresh golden delicious apples and select our pumpkins, which we carved in the warmth of my family's cozy home. Michael and I are sad to leave our family to head back to California on Sunday, but we will definitely savor these moments until we return to Wisconsin for the holidays!
