HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY EVERYONE! I know its been a while but of course life gets in the way. The first week after my second infusion i felt horrible. The nausea was the worst. I had to have my Doctor give me a prescription for Zofran just to make it through the day. after about 10 days it started to subside. I do still get nauseated but only for a few hours a day now. I know because of it i have lost a few pounds, but I am not complaining about that. 😉   My hair loss has not gotten any worse so that is good. But i tried to color part of it purple twice and my hair will not hold color. This is a common occurrence when patients are on chemo treatments.
Many of you have asked if i can notice a difference yet.  From what i have been told, you usually will not notice a difference for a year or more. I will say i have less spasticity in my left leg after the second infusion. I still have the fatigue and daily random pains, but i am still walking and that is a great sign.

Jennifer
