Mom is getting better and better each and every day. Getting good food now thru her tube although it's still liquid. And Dad is learning how to do that so when Mom gets home then Dad can help. She is getting up about once an an hour and walking (with assistance) to the bathroom. From what I heard, the stiches might come out the next couple of days. The difficult part is that Mom will not be home for Christmas and i am having a really hard time with that. We have discussed aftercare to help when she gets out of the hospital, but we feel Mom should make that decision. We expect her to be released now on Thursday.
