Hello friends,

It's been a while and I don't have a lot of details to share, but the chemo continues and shows signs of progress with the cancer and happily, the side effects (with the reduced dosage) have been relatively kind to mom.

The day to day is tough.  Liddy and Robin spent a few weeks with her, separately, as I was in Vietnam on vacation for a couple weeks (awesome!).  We're looking hard at how to manage a trip to the cape as we're confident a family member will need to stay with her for the duration.  No plans yet, but it's important to all of us we try hard to make this happen, as it's a lifeline for mom.

Tonight we did a family dinner to celebrate my 69th birthday (tomorrow).  These family affairs are far and few between, making them all the more special.  Happy to share this joyous family photo with you.
