Jose John Zylka
October 15, 2006 — April 4, 2024 Plymouth
Jose John Zylka, born on October 15, 2006, in Puerto Rico, brought light and happiness to all who knew him. His infectious smile and love for dancing were a testament to the joy he carried within him.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Jose on April 4, 2024, in Rochester, MN, after bravely enduring many months in the hospital. During his time with us, Jose touched the lives of many and left a lasting impact with his positive energy and kind spirit.

Jose is survived by his loving mother, Tammy Zylka, who will forever cherish the memories they shared together. He also leaves behind his siblings Tina Demo (Charles), Timothy Zylka (Amy), Jennifer Zylka, DuShawn Zylka, Theresa J Zylka, Rapheal Zylka, and Tyrinn Zylka. Brittney Medina and the Barreto-Medina family.  Preceded in death by his grandfather John Yates Sr and sister Theresa Ann Zylka.

In the midst of our grief, let us remember Jose for the joy he spread, the laughter he shared, and the love he gave freely to those around him. His memory will always be cherished, and his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to have known him.

Rest in peace, Jose John Zylka. Your light will continue to shine brightly through those you have touched.
