Journal entry by Vickie Conrad —
Jourdyn is doing well. Her incision area is sore which makes getting up and walking difficult but her body is recovering well. It looks like she will be going home to Marion tonight for her recovery. She also wanted to let you all know that the prayer for water has been answered although it may not taste like Coca Cola it taste great! Please continue keeping her in your prayers. Jorge is doing amazing. He immediately is feeling so much better and his body has received the kidney well. The Dr. said Jourdyn's kidney was vibrant and healthy making it an even better match for Jorge. If all goes well Jorge will be released tomorrow evening and will be spending the next few weeks with his sister in Carmel since he has to come to the hospital several times for testing. Thank you for all the love, encouragement and prayers you have given to the Berrys.
