Our hearts are breaking as I share with you that Jon passed away last evening, January 21st.
He left this earth with his family by his side.
Although Jon's life ended before we were ready, the time that he spent in our lives was memorable.
With sadness in our hearts, we find solace in knowing that he's with dad now and in a better place and no longer suffering.
Thank you for your cards, and support during this difficult time.
Upon his wishes, there will be a celebration of life at a later date.
