Hard to put into words how one selfless act can change the trajectory of a stranger’s life.  This weekend Jonathan, his mother and I drove 9 hours to a small town in South Dakota and met the AMAZING young woman who chose to give the gift of life.  Hannah no words will ever be able to thank you enough for donating your 18 million stem cells to Jonathan.   We loved every minute spent with you and your kind, caring and so supportive family!  A memory filled day it was!  We are so blessed to have gained another branch with many leaves to our family.❤️🌳❤️ A big thanks to Jen and Scott for hosting us with the delicious meal you prepared and shared.
