Hello to everyone! I’m sorry it’s been so long since my last update. Everything has been so overwhelming, it’s all I’ve been able to do to keep my head above water. However, I have great news to share with you about Jonathan’s health: He is fully awake and is physically doing very well, in fact we are now back in our village where he can continue his recovery. We have been told by doctors that a close eye needs to be kept on him to watch for fevers, another seizure, or any other concerning symptoms. His mental state is continually improving, and while he still suffers from some brain fog and trouble recalling some details, the rest is all expected to come back in time. Doctor's have told us to expect the process to take several more months. We're thankful he does seem to have all his faculties in place, and we hope for a full recovery. Jonathan’s parents are here in China now, too, helping to take care of him. I know he’s very happy to have his folks here to support him.
