Journal entry by Jean Young —
John had the stent removed yesterday and is feeling much better as it was an irritant since the surgery.
He will remain on the oral antibiotics through the end of the month. He is still passing small particles of the stone and may for a while.
He drove himself to the pharmacy this past week and that was the first time driving since October 13th. He still has off days and tires easily. That will last for several months. I have concerns on other matters that is the result of the sepsis and high fever, but praying that it is also something that will heal in time. He has appointments with the Urologist, Infectious Disease Dr. and the Cardiologist in January. So we are covering all areas of concern!
This will be my last update, and I can not thank you all enough for your prayers, support and the thoughts and sentiments you have written. We ae humbled and blessed beyond belief.
God Bless you.
