Todays a big day for dad! He is moving out of the hospital to transitional care!
He has made leaps and bounds over the last month and has long outgrown the hospital setting and is ready for some intense rehab to build back his strength.
This is a huge step for him and we hope he continues to heal physically as well as cognitively. We have seen so much improvement in both areas, but still has a long ways to go and we’re so hopeful that this new setting will really bring his recovery to a whole new level!
