Johnny’s Story

On November 1, 2022 Johnny was diagnosed with Stage 4 Renal Cell Carcinoma. He did not have any of the usual presenting symptoms of this disease. He was tired, slept more than usual and on our trip to the Alps in August/September he had a hard time keeping up on the hikes. We sought medical attention after getting home and in the process of the evaluation found out this stunning news. We were seen quickly by a world renowned oncologist right here in our back yard, Dr. Asim Amin at Levine's Cancer Center and started on immunotherapy. This is our story.....
