Hi family, friends, and coworkers,
We just got back from Emory for Joe's swallow test everything looked great no issues!!! Next Tuesday the TEP board meets and will discuss Joe's case the speech pathologist feels very positive about Joe's case. Happy dance and he could potentially get his TEP prosthetic in a couple of weeks crossing fingers.
This is a life changer for him to communicate without the electrolarynx. Will keep everyone in the loop next week as we continue the journey
