Heidi's mom, Jinny, died Friday morning while getting dressed. She just stopped breathing and the aide who was helping her said it was incredibly peaceful. The funeral home just came and picked her up.
We think her memorial service will be at Peace Church on January 8, 2023 during regular Sunday morning worship, with the bigger service to be held at her own First Presbyterian, Michigan City, Indiana, in June.
100 years, and until this year, she had a great life. She told Heidi a couple of days ago: "I just want to go to sleep," Rest in peace, Jinny.

There will be two memorial services, a small one here in Minnesota in early January and a bigger service at First Presbyterian Church, Michigan City, Indiana, with a beach party to follow. Plans are pending. We'll be in touch
