Journal entry by James Reid —
- Tomorrow is the time to be thankful, remember good times, and embrace those who enrich our lives.
- I’m thankful for a lot of things, but I’m most thankful for all your support, care, love and encouragement throughout my medicial recovery.
- It's certainly not been quick or easy and no-one ever promised me it would. They did warn me, this is a long, long road, needing marathon type determination. I was told, you will make progress and other times, not. You will be in pain and significant discomfort, although the alternatives are far worse.
- To each and everyone of you, even if you, just for a moment, thought to wish me a successful recovery, I am forever in your debt. I truly believe each of your efforts made a difference that I am blessed with, this Thanksgiving.
- So, tomorrow is another time I will be thankful, for you.
Happy Thanksgiving to you, all those you care for and care for you! Jim
- PS: This picture is of what seemed like just such a natural 2021 Halloween attire. Now, very fortunately, the body bace and neck collar are only needed for costume.
