Good morning, friends and family. This is Connie. Jim and Pam just left for MD Anderson this morning . . . plan to return on Monday. Jim will have appointment with Dr. Weathers, neurologist whose specialty is primary brain tumors specifically Glioma. She will direct Jim's care and treatment. He, also, will see a radiation oncologist, have an MRI and perhaps others tests. He will receive his treatment plan . . . we will have much more information about next steps after this trip.
Requests:
- that Jim's MRI shows no residual tumor
- that his treatment plan will be the right plan to keep his tumor from reoccurring.
- that God will heal Jim as ultimately healing is in His hands
- that Jim and Pam will rest in God's presence and provision as they begin a new chapter of this journey.
We are so grateful for each of you. You have been vessels of God's love and provision for our family . . . your faithful prayers have upheld us.
His presence has mightily held us one day at a time. "O Lord, in the morning you hear my voice; in the morning I prepare a sacrifice (a yielded heart) for you and watch." Ps 5:3
