Hello, 
I’m late in getting this information to you our loved ones, very late in fact. My Dad, Jimmy Beckman has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Bladder Cancer, incurable, inoperable, no chemo or radiation to “buy him time” or to make it go away. Today, Friday the 16th of August, Hospice Care visited and will be set up in my parents house here in Yuma, AZ tomorrow.  To some this is a repeat of what you already know, and, to some you will be as shocked as I was when we first heard 2 weeks ago that it was indeed Cancer and just yesterday that it had spread. My Dad started this journey only 3 months ago and has rapidly declined in health over the last 3 weeks. I would like to encourage you to send a note to him in any way you can (mail, email, text, or here as a comment on Caringbridge) to lift his spirits. Thank you so much.
