Jim’s Story

Site created on October 18, 2020

Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

On Friday October 16th, Jim tripped and fell down a few stairs and hit his head on a cement step.  He was rushed to HCMC with a skull fracture and severe brain injury.  He had surgery the following morning on his brain to relieve the pressure and is now in critical but stable condition.  The next few days will be critical and we will continue to keep everyone updated on his progress through this site.

Please send all of your prayers his way, we are praying for a miracle❤️

Newest Update

Journal entry by Natalie Culotti

It’s been a while since we last updated everyone!  My dad is doing great at home.  He has slowly been regaining his physical strength over the past few weeks and will resume his outpatient therapies this coming week.  They are specifically working on his memory, left sided neglect and balance.  My sisters and I bought him a recumbent bike for Christmas which he’s been riding daily for exercise and is easing back into his daily routine at home .
We were so happy to have him home for the holidays❤️ Wishing everyone a very happy and healthy new year!
