Just a quick update. There haven't been changes really. Jim is the same. At times he breathes well by himself. At other times he needs an oxygen mask. He will have another swallow test this coming week but it doesn't seem staff are hopeful. 

I think I gave some of you the wrong impression. When I said his forearms and hands can be out of the covers, it does not mean he is out of restraints. He is still in wrist restraints and will remain so because he will pull out his NG tube if he can get to it.
