Welcome friends, family, and total strangers! Some of you may know me and some are wondering if I this is actually Jerry's family. Yes. Yes it is. My name is Nicole and I have decided today is the day I finally start documenting Jerry's health on record. If you don't know me or are wondering how I know Jerry, I am his son's girlfriend. However, I am more then that. I would consider myself one of Jerry's primary caregivers and advocates. I have probably met some of you as I know how supportive everyone has been, but at the same time Jerry has touched so many lives and made so many people smile that I doubt I will ever know you all. This site is clearly just a draft of something I hope will be a lot bigger one day so bare with me as I will probably post at the most inconsistent of times. Anyway thats it for now!
