Update on how Jerry is doing:

11/26

The pneumonia is getting better.  He has been taken off the paralytic that was keeping him paralyzed to see if he can possibly start breathing on his own without the ventilator.  This will allow them to do the necessary tests that will let us to know the extent of his brain damage.  Knowing this will allow us to make better decisions going forward as to what his quality of life would be.  We will continue to post updates here if and when things change.

Newest Update

Journal entry by Tracy Osborne

They tested Jerry's stomach and he is not digesting any food that's been put in his stomach.  He is also swelling again.  They will be doing an EEG tomorrow to compare it to the one he had done when he first went to the hospital. It's not good news. Tomorrow could be extremely hard for us.  I will try to keep this updated but not making any promises.  Much love.
