Life has been giving us quite a roller coaster ride. 

Jerry started immunotherapy on April 18. This is slated to continue every two weeks for a year.

AND!! we found a clinical trial. It is being conducted at the Mary Crowley Center, Medical City Dallas.  We had it reviewed by his oncologist, then interviewed with the doctor of the trial. She indicated that there is a good chance Jerry will be in the qualifying consultation either late summer or early fall. If that is successful, then it's a go. We'll keep you posted.

Sadly Jerry had another PE (pulmonary embolism - blood clots in the lungs). It was a very difficult time for him as it impacted his oxygen levels, heart rate and created very labored breathing for him. After changes in his medication and a short hospital stay, he is on the mend.
