Hi Everyone!

It’s been a while since I posted but I wanted to keep everyone updated. I finished my radiation treatments on January 3. It was wonderful after so many months of chemo and then daily radiation to finally be finished. I am slowly starting to get my energy back and my skin is starting to heal from the radiation. I start my new medication today, which I will be on for many years ( at least 5, maybe 10). I will have my next mammogram on valentine’s day and I will get my results that day (yikes).

Today, we just got back from our trip to Universal Studios Florida! We were provided the trip from the Dear Jack Foundation and it truly was a blessing. We got to stay at one of their resorts and we got Gold Passes into the parks.  We got escorted right up to all the rides by a staff member so it meant we didn’t have to wait in any lines! We loved seeing  Harry Potter World, and it was magical. We all had a wonderful time and I can’t express my gratitude to the Dear Jack Foundation. I will keep everyone posted (hopefully with positive news) around Valentine's day.
