Jenny’s Story

Jenny was diagnosed with breast cancer in February 2008. She underwent a double mastectomy, radiation, and chemotherapy. Treatments went well and we coasted along until July 2013 at which point the cancer came back and spread to her spine, bones and skull. She has endured countless treatments since then. The cancer recently spread to her liver and is no longer responding to treatments.  Words do not describe her resilient, positive attitude she has maintained during her almost 6 year battle with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Our focus is now on comfort and peace.
