Jen is heading home! Yesterday, her medical team began working on the discharge process and setting her up with a home healthcare team. A home health aide will be with her 2-3 days a week, and a nurse will come one day. The AFib has changed a little, so they switched her to a different medication to continue at home. She is very excited to be home soon!
