It's crazy how important the digestive system is. I've got all these little baby hairs growing back now. My hair has thinned dramatically over the past three years. I chalked it up to dieting from competing and post pregnancy. 

Granted I'm on a liquid diet therefore drinking fresh juice, smoothies and a touch of Greek yogurt or protein powder and I'm sure liquid is easier to absorb vitamins from but still...

Yesterday was rough. The liquid diet really had me feeling exhausted and weak. My in-laws came by to help make dinner and clean up the house and I even had a visitor from my gym life! 

At 7 o'clock last night I was craving mashed potatoes and loving husband went to the Met for me. I know it's not liquid but I only ate half a cup and today I feel so much better. Tummy wasn't too thrilled about it...

I'm definitely getting bored but I have enjoyed picking up a book again, watching silly horror movies and snuggling with my Doggo. I've slept on the couch a couple times because it's firm and I can get up easier and my Doggo comes a cuddles up to me. (He's not allowed on the bed).
