Hi everyone, this is Matt. First, I want to thank all of you for your prayers and support this past year. The amount of love we received was amazing and made such a difference in our lives. 

It is with much sadness that I am writing this to let you know that Jen passed away on Monday, June 3rd. She had been struggling for quite a while, but her last hours were peaceful and she was surrounded by her family and was comforted by the thoughts and prayers from all of you. 

The funeral mass for Jen will be this Saturday, June 8th. The details for the services, as well as an obituary written by me and her parents can be found at the following website.
