We got some bad news from the hospital yesterday. The chemo was ineffective, the cancer is spreading and one of the tumors has invaded Jen's colon again.  We just got the scan results on Friday and basically there’s nothing more they can do for her.  Surgery isn't an option because they can't slow the cancer down at all.  She was referred to hospice and they should be here early next week to make her comfortable.
