Hello.  Several people suggested I create a way to provide health updates on Jeff without everyone on facebook being subjected to my postings.   I decided this might be a good way, and allow people to join if they wish to see any news, info, health updates that I would normally share on Facebook.    If you are wanting to see that info, welcome aboard.   I hope this works as easy as facebook.   I will only post here when something is happening with Jeff
