Jeff Rose, 36 passed away on Saturday March 23rd due to a heart attack.  He leaves his 2 daughters Chelsea, 14 and Morgan 13 behind.  Funds are being raised for his funeral expenses and the remaining funds will be used for his daughters’ immediate care.
