A new message from Jeff and Tammy:
Jeff is home!!!
We are getting used to our new normal, but Jeff is doing good! He's happy and relieved to finally be home, of course! We have already been out and about, and he really is enjoying it.
He will have an in-home visit this week from Disability Services to discuss a care plan for him and also discuss modifications that our home will need to accommodate him.
Thank you for all of your prayers! We are very thankful he was finally able to come home. It’s been a long road.
He will continue with therapy, so prayers are still needed.
