It is with a heavy heart that I inform everyone that at 9:20am this morning Jeff has Passed. 

His good friend Todd was there at 8am to give him this past weekends racing results. He also informed him that we would all miss him like crazy but it was ok for him to go. That things were all taken care of on his behalf and that he had nothing more to worry about. 

Considering we were told on February 3rd that they didn't give him much time and we are now on February 12th it shows just how how much of a fighter (and stubborn) he was. Jeff had just celebrated his 61st birthday and was born on 1/30/63 

There will be no arrangements made at this time for an immediate gathering. Jeff has told many us for years what his wishes were if this day should come. So there are some rough plans made but nothing will take place until the weekend of May 5th (cinco de mayo).  As you can probably guess it will involve racing and a gathering for "Happy Hour". 

Thanks to everyone for their continued thoughts and prayers. Something like this is never easy but knowing the support and people he touched in his life means SO MUCH!
