It's almost been a year since I wrote an update, and that's good news! I started this blog to keep friends and family updated on my developments through the journey with this lymphoma. A year without an update means that there haven't been any developments, and when you're talking about cancer, that's always good! 

While not a development, I do have very good news! This past Wednesday (9/6/23), I had a follow-up PET scan, which was completely normal!! It means that my full remission continues, praise the Lord! As the time for the scan approached, I wasn't worried, but I did recognize that the results had the capacity to completely change my life. But I thank the Lord that He has allowed my remission to continue so that I'm still able to carry out the work He has called me to at CMDA. 

My deep, heartfelt thanks goes out to all who have been praying for me since this journey began 18 months ago. Your prayers are the reason I'm writing this post tonight!
