Ok I know I have not written. I have a really good excuse... I really did not want to. Ok maybe not the best excuse, a better excuse was that things where going really well and I was taking "me" time. However, I will get you caught up.

Day 77 - Thursday: Jeff is doing better, cough is down and Jeff gets his birthday off. Its hard to have a birthday here. Also in my attempt to get Jeff exercising, I went down and started working out. I pretty much hate it but I need it too and there is a TV in there. They have some cool equipment but it is about 75 degrees in there which is NOT pleasant.

Day 78 - Friday: Not sure what Jeff has against my Fridays but he does seem to. He is not feeling good today and has told me so often. Not that anything seems very wrong just a lot of coughing.

Day 79 - Saturday: And like magic, Friday ends and Jeff feels much better. I cleaned and went to Walmart for birthday day "sweet and sour chicken" ingredients. It is Jeff's favorite, however, he gets it on Sunday because that is the day I have time to make it. Monday I have to work. The car is making some horrible sounds, so I will have to find someplace to fix it. Sigh!

Day 80 - Sunday: Just a really mellow day. And guess what the whole exercise thing worked. Jeff joined me yesterday. He is so weak from all the procedures he's had, that he has problems lifting the gallon of water, so I am glad he is joining me. Of course, I know if I stop he will, which stinks. I would like to go back to not exercising! Other than that he is doing good. Still has a bit of a rash, but nothing bad. He has his cough but that is so much better.

Day 81 - Monday: JEFF's 48th BIRTHDAY! Is it rude to announce a man's age? Ohe well I don't want to erase it so it is out there. This was a good day I think. I got Jeff two T-Shirts to commemorate his transplant. (That's what he likes to collect) He also got an iwatch so it can tell him to get off his butt instead of me, and my mom got him a super cool face mask which actually fits. He got gifts from his mom and brother before the procedure too. Last he got a nice large cake. He was nice and said we could stay home for the free dinner at the "House" which he will probably hate, however, we are together and we were not so sure he would make 45 let alone 48 so yeah, we where happy.

Day 82 - Tuesday: He had a blood test this morning. Still exercising. His cough is less and the car is going to cost us $800.00 to fix. Ooph, but you got to do it. Apparently, the whole brake (both front and back) are completely rusted through so they have to replace everything that touches them. On the plus side, our car will be ready tomorrow.

Day 83 - Wednesday: Got the car back. It sounds great and the brakes feel so much better. No more rattle and not more shaking as it stops. We did take out from Olive Garden for Jeff's birthday. He loves the food but hates that everyone sits about 5 inches from each other, so take out for the win!

Day 84 - Thursday: Ok TOTALLY regretting Olive Garden. I don't think it was bad I think maybe Jeff and I could a bit of a tummy bug, however, let's just say the bathroom is super popular. Jeff's back left tooth on top has started to swell and hurt yesterday. We are concerned for an abscess, so we will have the docs check it out tomorrow.

Day 85 - Friday: Ok, apparently Jeff and I are so in tune, that the exact same tooth in my mouth decided to break about 1/3 off in sympathy? UGH! Well, I guess I can start saving for a bunch of expensive dental care in our future. At least it does not hurt. Jeff's swelling is down on his tooth and the Mayo dentist said just to go in when we get home and to stay on all the antibiotics. And speaking of home... the doctor was SUPER pleased with Jeff's health and they are talking about maybe kicking us home next Friday. WOOOHOOO! Jeff has to spend all next week getting a ton of tests. New bone marrow biopsy, new x-rays and head to toe checkout. However, we might be going home so we are super excited!
