Yesterday, I went up to see Jeanne and bring her some clothes and books. On my way there her nurse called me and told me that her doctor was sending her home. Her therapist said she had been doing so well and met all the requirements to go home. Yesterday she was pretty tired ,but they said it was because the little exercise she is doing is very draining.
So when I got there I had to pack her up. Getting her into the car was a challenge but she did it. Also getting into the on the front deck and front door was pretty hard for her to do but with alittle hard work and breaks along the way she did it. (Thank you Bennie for putting those handrails on the house next to the steps. Years ago when you did, I bet you didn't think about this.)
She was able to sleep in her own bed last night. I bet that felt good being home and being close to her little Johnny. Johnny gave me a kiss in my hand to bring to Great Grandma. I bet he didnt think I was going to bring her back home. Johnny was watching through the window and waiting just inside the door. He was so patience waiting to get her in the house. He has been so good with her. He has become her little helper. It is so cute.
She as some little exercises to do hat home. And she will be seeing the Dr. after Thanksgiving .
It was all be one day at a time. But I know she will do it.
