Jay was such a powerful influence in my life. He claimed they were just football lessons, but with all due respect Coach, they were life lessons, work hard, play fair, never give up. You taught us, we followed you, and we are forever grateful.

Coach you were my role model as a teenager and helped me decide what I wanted to be as an adult. The life lessons you taught I passed on to my students and players during my 37 year career.
