I haven’t sign the papers for it yet but because Jay is still on the ventilator and had a feeding tube in his nose after talking to jay about what he wants, more if he want s to be able to see his boys grow up, I made the decision to approve the surgery for a tracheotomy and possibly a feeding tube put in his stomach. It will be temporary but no telling how long and he will eventually get a voice box
