And just like that, we have a THA - surgery took about 2 hours under spinal anesthesia. The surgeon is very happy with the outcome and James did very well during surgery. He will be in the hospital overnight tonight and likely home tomorrow after working with physical therapy. He will be up and walking tonight once he gets to the surgical ward.
