Welcome to our CaringBridge website for Jacob Rosenquist. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. 


On Monday July 24th Jake was hiking in the sequoias to a waterfall when he slipped and fell a great distance hurting himself.  


This is a portal where we keep updating on Jakes progression and if you would like to leave comments of encouraging words or pictures of beloved animals Jake would love to read/see them. If you would like to send a physical card to the family or Jake you can send it to 18017 Chatsworth St. Box 317, Granada Hills, CA 91344


Please respect the wishes of the family and use this platform and not reaching out to the family directly. We have had many inquiries about how someone can financially assist the Rosenquist family.  The best way to do so is to go through the  gofundme link https://gofund.me/10c0f29b or click on the ways to help tab above  and it will link to the go fund me that we have set up.  


If you were to give on the caring bridge website the proceeds do not go to the Rosenquist family directly.  If you click on donate to caring bridge tab the money goes to support the non profit organization caringbridge.

Six months ago today Jake had surgery on his back. Today is very special day not only does Jake turn 18 he finally gets to climb again. Since being home, he has adjusted quite well. He is doing outpatient therapy at a facility and will start at another facility soon.  Jake is so resilient and strong inside and out. Jake got to travel to San Diego and Hawaii so far. Continuing to be the positive person that God created he looks at life with great spirits. 

Thank you all for the support that you have given to Jake and our family. We will continue to update when we can. We love you all!
