Jacob is home! He was able to come home late this afternoon. He had been in the hospital since Thursday, so we were all ready to be back under one roof again.

Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers. This is a long journey for all of us; but we take one day at a time and do our best to find the good in the day.

Some days are harder than others, but God has held Jacob up in this fight and Jacob is giving 110% every day!
