On August 10, 2018, doctors found a brain tumor in Jack's head.  I'm using this site to try to help keep everyone who loves Jack updated with the latest news on his fight with brain cancer.

Mission Accomplished

Surgery was a success. The shunt has been relocated to another part of his head. Surgery went exactly as planned and he’s recovering comfortably tonight in the PICU. Tomorrow (Saturday) he will have a challenging PT evaluation to assess what he can and can’t (yet) do out in the real world, and we anticipate a discharge Saturday night or Sunday morning.
