Aloha, This will be my final journal entry for Jack. He has completed all his rehabilitation at West Allis Hospital. Passed PT, OT, ST and Recreational therapy. He still has some cognitive issues,  but we can work on that in Maui and get back to exercising in the pool. So we are heading back to Maui on September 21st.  It will be so good to be home again. 
The rest of the GOOD news is he went to the urologist this morning and is CANCER FREE. Needs follow up cystoscopy in Maui in three mo months and another here in Milwaukee when we return in the spring.
I want to thank everyone for their continued support during these trying times. We both have appreciated the cards, messages and phone calls. We will miss seeing family and friends,   ut it is time to go back home.
