Hello friends, family, and all those loved by Jack, 

 

I want to say a quick thank you for the continued support that has been shown to our family as we have navigated such a devastating loss. 

 

We will be honoring Dad's life on April 7th at 4:00pm at Within SoDo (2916 Utah Ave S, Seattle, WA). April 7th would've been my Dad's 70th birthday, and he would've absolutely requested a party, so we felt that it would be a perfect opportunity to celebrate him surrounded by those that love him. 

 

He was appreciated in so many communities, it is hard for us to know how many we can expect at his celebration. If you plan to attend, it would greatly help us out if you RSVP on the following form:

 

For those that cannot make it (and those who can!), there is also an opportunity in the form to share a memory, story, or favorite "Jack-ism". These stories have been so special for us to hear/read, and we wanted to share them for all to enjoy. We plan to post these stories at the service. Please also feel free to pass this information along as you see fit!
