It seems impossible that this past weekend marked 11 months since the accident. We have seen incredible highs and lows and it’s comforting to know that Jesus walks the path with us. 

Since the December insurance denial there has been stress, a little anger, and lots of frustration. Calls with Hangar Clinic, grant applications, calls with the doctors and insurance. Lots of prayers! 

On April 28, I got a call from Tim, at Hanger Clinic. “Are you sitting down?” He says. “We got it approved!” After months of waiting, the appeal was upheld and they now believe that having a functioning arm and hand is, in fact, “medically necessary for quality of life”. WHO KNEW?????

God is good and faithful!
