Herb is a spunky guy that has always been so full of life. He was admitted to the ICU unit on 11/8/19 with pneumonia an infection and fluid on his body. Basically he was drowning from the inside. This all took place after having a stent put into his right artery on 11/6/19. He was discharged 10 minutes before he stopped breathing and was taken back into the er. He never really made it out of the parking lot.
